Gas Tank for 1978 Kawasaki KE 250

A member of the family is looking at a 1978 Kawasaki KE 250 but believes the tank is rusty and not repairable.
Does anyone have a usable tank and does Kawasaki Paul still have a multiplicity of Kawasaki parts?
