So, parker and I tore apart a set of mikuni carbs that we got from "the parts store". Cleaned em up, and reassembled, hung them and went to start the bike.... bike wont start.
Things we know:
1) It starts with my old carbs, that hang when you give em throttle.
2) Its not a power issue (we thought it might have been), as there is spark going to the wires etc etc
3) The plugs are getting wet, thus they are getting fuel.
Parker adjusted the air mixture etc etc... Im thinking about taking them about, and tearing them down again in case I missed something while re-assembling. Ill probably put my old carbs back on, just to make sure it still fires, and then can truly blame the "newer" carbs.
Thought or ideas are much appreciated.
