Harley Davidson Model 32E:  6 volt, 3rd brush type generator in pieces. I had to fabricate a small adapter part for my puller to remove the drive gear - other than that, disassembly was straight forward. Now it needs cleanup and examination/testing. It's quite oily inside so, hopefully, that hasn't done any harm.

It's not an identical part but functionally suitable (I think). If we're working on the '35 next Thursday, I'll bring it along.

I'll look a little for carefully this time. If I don't have a link, I have a tool.

I thought it might be something like that. I've been known to confuse people before.
 ;)
That post was really just to correct the record.

So, if Pat wants the job, I'm willing to suspend my operations. Just let me know.

Kaziff,

I have a litre. Well... 946ml... well probably only about 800 ml left.
You know where I live.

And Interstate batteries are good quality stuff  - in my experience.

General Discussion / Father's Day parade
« on: June 17, 2021, 08:56:45 PM »
Anyone interested in riding in the Cruisin' Classics Father's Day parade?
Here's what I know: it starts at the CN Centre; arrive at 1:00 (Sunday), depart between 1:15 and 1:30. You will receive an event souvenir and a copy of the route at that time. The only thing I can say about the route is that it WON'T be going up Connaught Hill this year.
Weather forecast says "Sunny. High 24°".

Spruce Capital Feeds (The horse in the sky) has boots. I bought a pair there; not sure if they have what you're looking for now.

My last tire purchase was also from the Fortnine depot in Edmonton. At that time (2017) they offered free shipping and an additional $10.00 off if you bought 2 tires. I see the shipping is still free for purchases over $49.00.
The tire price was the best I found at that time and the service was very good.

I have one in my collection of bicycle tools. Give me a call, Donovan, and we can arrange to get it to you.
Or, if you don't have my number, PM me

Probably this evening, Kris, June 23, or next Tuesday June 30th.

This evening would be better as it gives us more planning time.
